Valifiy Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

The Valifiy Acceptable Use Policy applies to every person and organization that accesses or uses the Valifiy Service. It supplements the Valifiy Terms of Service and, where applicable, the Valifiy B2B Service Agreement and Valifiy B2B Order Form.

2. Lawful and authorized use

You may use Valifiy only for lawful business-idea development, education, mentoring, innovation and related authorized purposes. You must have the right to submit every item of content or data that you provide to the Service.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory or malicious activity.

• Scams, phishing, spam, false earning claims, fabricated credentials or misleading business opportunities.

• Content that infringes intellectual-property, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, contractual or other third-party rights.

• Submission of trade secrets, regulated information, special-category data or third-party confidential information without authority and a lawful purpose.

• Malware, destructive code, credential theft, security bypasses or attempts to gain unauthorized access.

• Prompt injection, extraction of system prompts, model abuse, evasion of safeguards or manipulation of another user’s account or output.

• Scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, benchmarking for a competing product, automated access or excessive load without written permission.

• Use of AI outputs as verified legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, employment, credit, insurance or other regulated professional advice without qualified human review.

• Use that violates sanctions, export controls or other applicable restrictions.

• Any activity that materially harms Valifiy, another user, an Organization, a vendor or a third party.

4. High-impact and regulated decisions

Valifiy is not designed to make eligibility, employment, credit, insurance, education-admission, law-enforcement, migration, healthcare or other high-impact decisions about individuals. Users must not use the Service as the sole or determinative basis for such decisions.

5. Security testing and integrations

Security testing, penetration testing, automated scanning, API integration, embedding, white-label use and resale require Valifiy’s prior written authorization unless an applicable agreement expressly permits them.

6. Enforcement

Valifiy may investigate suspected violations and may restrict features, suspend access, preserve relevant evidence, remove unlawful content or terminate an account where reasonably necessary. Valifiy may cooperate with competent authorities where legally required.
