Valifiy Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

Version: 1.0

Effective date: 19 October 2026

The Valifiy Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy forms part of the terms applicable to one-time IdeaBoard purchases, IdeaBoard bundles, Organization allocation packages and immediate digital access.

1. Scope

The Valifiy Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy applies to paid IdeaBoard purchases, IdeaBoard bundles and digital access to the Valifiy Service, unless an applicable Valifiy B2B Service Agreement, Valifiy B2B Order Form or other written agreement states otherwise.

2. What the purchase covers

Users purchase access to the Service, including the right to generate and use IdeaBoards and related features, subject to the applicable package limits.

3. IdeaBoard generation and cancellation

  • Single IdeaBoard and IdeaBoard Bundle purchases do not automatically renew.

  • A user may contact support to request cancellation or a refund before IdeaBoard generation has started, but refunds are not automatic and may be approved only where required by law or exceptionally by Valifiy for a substantial reason.

  • Once generation of an IdeaBoard has started, that IdeaBoard is considered consumed and cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or the technical-unavailability rule below applies.

  • IdeaBoard Bundles are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly provided in this Policy. Unused IdeaBoards remain available under the applicable package terms. The fact that some IdeaBoards remain unused does not by itself create a contractual right to a partial refund.

  • Organization packages may provide a right to create or assign IdeaBoards during a defined allocation period, with any allowance, renewal or reset governed by the applicable Valifiy B2B Service Agreement, Valifiy B2B Order Form, written offer or program arrangement. The expiry or reset of an allocation period does not by itself end a Participant’s access to an already activated IdeaBoard.

4. General no-refund rule

Payments for purchased IdeaBoards and IdeaBoard Bundles are generally non-refundable, including before use, except where mandatory law requires otherwise, this Policy expressly provides otherwise, or Valifiy exceptionally approves a request for a substantial reason. Once generation of an IdeaBoard has started, that IdeaBoard is considered consumed and cannot be refunded, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or the technical-unavailability rule below applies.

5. Technical-unavailability refund

Valifiy may restore an IdeaBoard credit, issue a service credit or, where appropriate, issue a refund if a material technical failure within Valifiy’s reasonable control prevents a purchased IdeaBoard from being generated or materially used.

A "material unavailability" means that the user cannot generate or materially use the purchased IdeaBoard or access a core paid feature in a meaningful way and no reasonable workaround is available.

6. Exclusions

  • Dissatisfaction with AI output or business suggestions.

  • Failure of a business idea to succeed, obtain customers, obtain funding or be accepted by a program.

  • User’s failure to use the Service after purchase.

  • User error, incorrect inputs, loss of credentials or breach of the Valifiy Terms of Service.

  • Issues caused by user device, browser, internet connection or local settings.

  • Scheduled maintenance, emergency security maintenance or provider outages outside Valifiy’s reasonable control.

  • Suspension due to non-payment, abuse, security risk or breach.

  • Temporary downtime or provider issues that are resolved within a reasonable period or through a reasonable workaround.

7. Statutory withdrawal rights

Where applicable law grants a right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content or services, you may exercise that right within the applicable withdrawal period. For the purposes of the contractual cancellation and refund rules in Sections 3 and 4, an IdeaBoard is considered consumed once its generation starts. To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, send a clear statement of your decision to support@valifiy.com before the applicable deadline. You do not need to report a technical problem or give a reason. Valifiy will process the withdrawal and any required refund in accordance with applicable law.

8. Refund procedure

  • Refund requests must be sent to support@valifiy.com with account e-mail, payment date, purchase/package, invoice/receipt number and description of the issue, where relevant. For statutory withdrawal under Section 7, a clear statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient.

  • Valifiy may request reasonable information to verify the claim.

  • Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method unless not technically possible.

  • Refund timing depends on the payment processor and banking systems.

  • Refund abuse may result in refusal, account restriction or termination.

9. Organization terms

Refunds, credits, service credits and cancellation terms for Organization arrangements are governed by the applicable Valifiy B2B Service Agreement, Valifiy B2B Order Form or written offer. The Valifiy Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy applies to Organization arrangements only where expressly incorporated or where no separate terms exist.
